I’d just bought tickets to see Graham Parker, a musician I followed back in the late 70s/early 80s, and put him on my iPod while heading out for a run. His song Discovering Japan came on and with the tragedy in Japan fresh in my memory, I thought Recovering Japan might be a good brand for a relief effort. So John cooked up a quick logo for it, and I ironed it on a t-shirt before heading off to the show at Jammin’ Java.
